I recently traded my Kawasaki for a BMW G650 XCountry and I was looking for a place to get parts and service help. I stopped in at BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon despite a couple of harshly worded reviews in other forums. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The sales staff let me look around, without being intrusive or obnoxious and the service staff really took time to answer my questions and give me advice about how best to keep my BMW running in tip top shape. I like to do some maintenance myself, but I sometimes just want someone experienced and trained to give things a once over, just in case I miss something. I will likely be taking my bike to BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon for those major service times.
OK, so I needed some spare relays for my Triumph bike and heard that many foreign auto dealers carry these types of hard to find items. Well, one phone call later I was told to come in so they could further diagnose the problem. Jeremy spent almost an hour! looking up reference numbers and parts suppliers, having mechanics check their stock in the garage, and wouldn’t you know it, they had my relay. The icing on the cake was that they even found my 2nd relay in their shop LYING ABOUT, which they gave me on the house. Now that’s customer service.
If you’re in the market for a BMW/Ducati or even some farkle or gear, these guys are great. They were happy to help me with my little snag, get me back on the road, and only make $40 off of my sale. But the point is that they didn’t seem to mind. They were happy to accept the challenge and with a smile. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great folks. I was on a 6,700 mile ride a few years ago and stopped in because my tires were totally worn out. They got me in and installed new ones and were really nice and reasonable.
I’ve purchased a Ducati and had it, along with a previously owned BMW, serviced by European Motorcycles of Western Oregon, including the ordering and installation of a collection of exotic parts. I’ve never heard a single complaint from the numerous customers I’ve encountered while there and have found the entire organization to be courteous, knowledgeable and at all times professional. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in motorcycles.
I recently purchased a used R1200RT from European Motorcycles of Western Oregon and had a wonderful experience. Mickey York handled the sale. Mickey was professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, he did an excellent job of representing me, the customer. Most sales people that I run into are incompetent, lazy and shady. They often know less about the product they are selling than I do. Not the case for Mickey and the EMoWO staff. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer to the store.
Klarissa did a great job helping me buy a new 2017 BMW R1200RT. She was very professional, courteous, fair, and patient. Her orientation on the RT and the sales paperwork was well-explained. I look forward to meeting the technicians in the Service Dept for scheduled maintenance recommended by BMW.

I felt the staff and sales people really cared about me (the customer) and not just about the money.I mostly enjoyed dealing with sales person Klarissa, she was very helpful in setting this whole thing up. Which started with a very generous discount for my recent successful completion of Team Oregon Safety Class and the prompt creation of the purchase order for my credit union to approve, all the way to having everything ready to go when I came in to pick up the bike (I came to Eugene on a four hour train trip from Klamath Falls). Because of this sales persons positive attitude, professional attention to detail and prompt response time it was overall a very positive experience (not to mention the very SWEET BMW R1100RT motorcycle I now own).I would gladly buy from or have my new-to-me BMW serviced at your company in the future. Twas a day filled with despair, til Daniel Cribbs greeted me with his great hair. A smooth deal was coming, we could smell it in the air. One astounding test drive later I felt as tho I was floating on air. We talked, we hopped, we signed. Then I drove away in a fancy new ride.
